I do cosplay in my free time to better my skills as an artist.
It started as a hobby at the beginning of COVID-19, and I began making videos on Instagram and TikTok, then over time, I began even going to events in cosplay for fun. All in all, I find that I can try new methods of creation while also enjoying myself as a hobby.
I found inspiration from my work.
While I was working at CreepyWorld in Krampus House, I created this character to inhabit while I was there. I named her Jumper. This then led to me creating content on occasion during the holidays and fleshing out more of a design for her. The costume seen is a Legs Avenue Elf outfit I distressed and bloodied to give the look of a killer elf.
Scary Stories Come to Life.
While coming up with new cosplays, I went back to the scary stories I read as a teen, drew inspiration, and began making my own takes on their designs and creating content based on their stories and backgrounds. Jeff the Killer, a well-known creepypasta, was one of the first of these characters and quickly became one of my favorites to play as well as a fan favorite on my TikTok Page.
