This was the first show of my time at the Blackhills Playhouse for their 2023 summer season as their Lead Properties Manager. I was tasked with dressing the set, sourcing furniture, and creating a plethora of custom consumable props that were safe for the actors while also achieving the desired look onstage. I custom-made “smokable” cigars, exploding cans of beer, and shatterable cups that are safe for the actors to throw.
